Influences and guides the digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand Transforms concepts into intuitive high-performing digital marketing materials Presents design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals Education and Experience Bachelor s Degree and 4+ years experience in digital design or related field (ux, ui, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.) Or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience Objective Provide flexible, multidisciplinary design support across Mielle's eCommerce, eContent, Social, digital content, and other day-to-day creative needs. This role is designed to provide broad executional coverage as priorities shift across the department while maintaining strong visual quality and consistency

The consultant should function as an experienced designer capable of independent execution and visual problem-solving, not simply production support. Scope of Services The consultant will: eCommerce + eContent Develop eCommerce creative across Mielle and retailer digital environments. Support PDP imagery, secondary imagery, enhanced content, product education, and related eContent needs.

Translate approved brand and campaign creative into effective eCommerce executions. Develop product storytelling and benefit-driven digital assets. Support retailer-specific digital requirements.

Work with product photography, lifestyle imagery, renders, graphic systems, and existing creative assets. Manage timely updates, revisions, adaptations, and refreshes. Social + Digital Content Design static and motion-ready creative for organic and paid Social.

Support campaign extensions, product storytelling, product education, launches, partnerships, and timely platform needs. Translate approved visual systems into platform-appropriate executions. Develop creative that works effectively within the requirements of individual social and digital platforms.

Partner with Creative, Social, and Production teams on asset development. Support lightweight motion, animation, or motion-ready design where appropriate. Additional End-to-End Creative Support Provide flexible design coverage across changing Creative priorities.

Support presentations, templates, toolkits, digital adaptations, sales-support materials, and other assigned Creative needs. Translate established creative systems into appropriate executions without unnecessary redevelopment. Identify opportunities to improve an execution rather than simply resizing or reproducing existing work.

Maintain strong design quality regardless of project scale, volume, or turnaround time. Design Execution Independently execute polished creative from established briefs, visual systems, or creative direction. Apply strong typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, color, image selection, and visual storytelling.

Work effectively with photography, product imagery, renders, graphic assets, and existing design systems. Maintain consistency across multiple digital executions. Prepare accurate final files according to required specifications.

Remain hands-on throughout the engagement. AI-Supported Creative Development Use AI for ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration, rapid prototyping, image development, and appropriate production efficiencies. Combine AI-supported outputs with traditional design tools.

Use AI to expand creative exploration and accelerate appropriate aspects of production. Correct inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and other limitations of generated content before final delivery. Maintain responsibility for professional design quality, accuracy, and brand fit.

Use AI to extend capability, not substitute for design expertise. Vendor + External Partner Collaboration Work with agencies, freelancers, photographers, retouchers, production vendors, and other external creative partners as assigned. Communicate asset requirements and creative needs.

Review incoming work and identify quality or consistency issues. Provide clear feedback within assigned areas of responsibility. Coordinate revisions, asset exchanges, and final handoffs.

Escalate vendor timing, quality, or scope concerns appropriately. Support Creative Project Management in maintaining visibility into external dependencies. Project + Workstream Management Manage assigned creative workstreams from intake through final delivery.

Maintain visibility into deadlines, revisions, approvals, required inputs, and outstanding needs. Work independently against established briefs and creative direction. Manage multiple assignments and reprioritize as business needs change.

Proactively communicate risks and blockers. Maintain organized working and final files. Required Consultant Profile 5+ years of professional multidisciplinary design experience recommended.

Demonstrated hands-on graphic design expertise. Experience across eCommerce, eContent, Social, digital content, and integrated creative execution. Strong typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, image-selection, and visual storytelling skills.

Experience translating established creative systems across multiple digital formats and platforms. Strong eCommerce and product storytelling experience. Ability to independently translate approved creative direction into polished executions.

Experience partnering with external vendors and creative resources. Strong organizational and project-management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced creative environment.
