  • Create high-quality video content for customer marketing, product education, events, webinars, podcasts, social media, and internal initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shot planning, creative concept generation, and production workflows.
  • Produce product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, customer success stories, promotional content, educational videos, and event recap content.
  • Use AI-assisted editing workflows to improve production speed while maintaining creative quality and brand standards.
  • Transform complex product concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual content.
  • Produce screen recordings, demos, product explainers, and instructional videos that drive customer adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Events teams to identify content opportunities and develop impactful assets.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI video technologies and implement best practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and content performance.

AI-Enhanced Video Editing & Post Production

  • Edit long-form and short-form content using industry-standard editing platforms and AI-powered creative tools.

  • Maximize content ROI by extending the lifecycle and reach of existing content assets.

Onsite Production & Studio Operations

  • Support onsite production for customer interviews, executive content, webinars, podcasts, product launches, events, and in-office productions.
  • Assist with camera operation, lighting, audio capture, livestream support, AV setup, and production troubleshooting.
  • Help manage production environments to ensure professional-quality recordings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute content capture sessions efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted production partner during live and recorded events.

AI-Driven Content Operations & Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize a scalable digital asset management system for raw footage, edited content, creative assets, and production files.

  • Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Descript, Canva, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered content creation, editing, transcription, localization, or workflow automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI-assisted video production workflows and emerging generative AI technologies.
