Job description

Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS) is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow our partnerships with veterinary practices nationwide. This remote role is responsible for building relationships with veterinary hospitals, educating veterinary teams about our products and programs, and driving sales growth through account development and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and energized by helping customers achieve success.
Position Summary

Responsible for achieving aggressive sales goals and objectives by identifying and developing key relationships to expand VRS brand recognition, adoption and growth in key veterinary practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact veterinary hospitals to partner with VHS
  • Utilize product and industry knowledge to educate veterinarians and staff members on benefits of VRS products.
  • Secure participation of veterinarians for webinars, events, lunch and learns, etc.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to implement VRS products & business model into accounts within assigned account base.
  • Update & maintain partner records in VRS's information management system.
  • Review program performance with participating veterinarians regularly & take corrective action when needed to increase sales.
  • Interact with the implementation team to get veterinary practices educated and PMS integrated with VRS Connect & Product Recommendation Forms.
  • Prepare & submit activity reports within established timeframe.
  • Increase sales revenue from partner base by identifying cross sell opportunities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
