In the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Providing comprehensive clinical services by developing and implementing personalized and recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Continuously assessing the changing treatment needs of clients during sessions to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborating with clients to create, monitor, and execute individual service plans that align with their personal goals.
• Facilitating skill-building sessions that include coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Educating clients about available community resources and actively advocating to connect them with these services.

To be considered for this impactful position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license by the state board, which may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without the need for supervision.
• Impeccable integrity, with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic, patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications and a reliable Wi-Fi connection for remote work.
