ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of nine who work closely together in a fun, collaborative environment. Before opening the office, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a clear understanding of how to build a supportive and effective team.
I’m a family-oriented person who enjoys sports, and I believe strongly in maintaining a healthy balance between work and life. That mindset carries into how we support our team and create a positive workplace.
We offer PTO, holidays, life insurance, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. One unique perk we offer is a $500 betterment benefit, which team members can use to try something new—whether that’s focusing on fitness, exploring new foods, or investing in personal wellness through things like gym memberships.
Our office culture is close-knit, upbeat, and highly collaborative. We work hard, support each other, and have fun along the way. We’re looking for someone who is positive, coachable, and a true team player. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged, this could be a great place to grow your career.
