Responsibilities:

  • Process and assign high-volume service requests and corporate account rollout requests.

  • Review and edit incoming service requests to ensure appropriate labor and scheduling time is allocated.

  • Schedule work orders for the OMS team and coordinate Territory Representative support when OMS resources are unavailable.

  • Efficiently dispatch service technicians to customer locations while prioritizing urgent and high-impact service requests.

  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity, utilization, and customer service levels.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a related field.

  • High School diploma or equivalent Associate’s degree

  • Work-from-home capacity.
