Job description

Top Tier Solar Solutions is expanding our remote sales team and looking for confident, motivated individuals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone. This is a fully remote, commission-based position focused on outbound homeowner outreach and appointment setting. You do not close the sale. Your job is to start the conversation, identify qualified homeowners, and schedule appointments for our closing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to provided homeowner leads
  • Speak with homeowners about their current solar/energy situation
  • Follow a proven call script and qualification process
  • Identify interested and qualified homeowners
  • Schedule appointments for our solar consultants
  • Follow up with prospects when needed
  • Track calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Participate in coaching and sales training

What We Provide:

  • Homeowner leads — no purchasing your own leads
  • Dialer and sales tools
  • Proven scripts and objection handling
  • Training and ongoing coaching
  • Experienced closing team
  • Fully remote work
  • No cap on commissions

Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with no hourly wage or salary. Earn $250 for each appointment you set that results in a closed sale. There is no cap on earnings. The more qualified appointments you generate, the greater your earning potential.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Inside sales
  • Outbound calling
  • Appointment setting
  • Telemarketing
  • Call centers
  • Solar
  • Roofing or home improvement
  • Insurance sales
  • Real estate prospecting

More importantly, we're looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, competitive, coachable, consistent, and motivated by performance-based income.

This is a good fit for someone who wants a remote sales opportunity where the leads, systems, training, and closing team are already provided — your focus is generating qualified appointments.
