Job description

Hire Connections is partnering with a health insurance organization to hire Customer Service Representatives for a work from home assignment supporting a high-volume call center during open enrollment.
This opportunity is limited to Colorado residents due to state-specific program requirements. While the role is fully remote after onboarding, required equipment must be picked up in person from the client’s Colorado office.
In this role, you will manage inbound customer calls, assisting with insurance-related questions, application status updates, and enrollment changes. This position is best suited for individuals who are detail?oriented, comfortable with back-to-back calls, and able to work independently from home while following established processes and performance standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer general insurance enrollment questions and provide non-financial eligibility guidance
  • Assist with enrollment changes, including plan selections and family status updates
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
  • Utilize available tools and resources to research and resolve customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues using established processes
  • Conduct research to effectively resolve complex customer situations
  • Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Colorado
  • Consistent attendance is required for training and a high-volume call environment
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience with demonstrated job stability
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • Hardwired internet connection required (no WiFi)
  • Dedicated home office space with minimal distractions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to long-term assignments and reliability


Pay, Benefits, and Additional Information:

  • Pay: $20.00/hour
  • Employment Type: W2 through Hire Connections
