Responsibilities for Seasonal Sales Quality Audit Rep include but are not limited to:

· Conduct quality audits on sales calls to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards

· Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance and reduce compliance risks

· Ensure agents are correctly following scripts, tools, and available resources during calls

· Adhere strictly to established quality processes, procedures, and audit requirements

· Meet defined productivity and accuracy targets consistently

Candidates for Seasonal Sales Quality Audit Rep must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

· Prior Quality Audit experience (preferably in call center or similar environment)

· Experience working in a fast-paced office or production environment

· High School Diploma / GED (or higher education)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $18.72 per hour
