Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Representatives are needed for a full-time temporary opportunity supporting customer inquiries in a structured call center environment. This remote role is open to New Jersey residents only and is ideal for dependable customer service professionals who are comfortable working from home, managing high-volume calls, and accurately documenting customer information.
This position offers paid training, a clear process-driven environment, and the opportunity to support customers with important application, eligibility, and healthcare coverage questions. Candidates who enjoy helping others, following detailed procedures, and working independently in a remote setting may be a strong fit. You will be part of a supportive customer care operation where communication, reliability, teamwork, and professionalism are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide courteous, professional assistance.
- Support customers with questions related to applications, eligibility, and healthcare coverage.
- Accurately process, update, and document customer information in designated systems.
- Follow established policies, procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex questions or issues when additional support is needed.
- Attend required training, meetings, and ongoing coaching sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour for English-speaking representatives.
- Pay rate is $19.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual representatives.
- Full-time, temporary position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Remote work-from-home position for New Jersey residents only.
- Full availability required between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Sunday.
- Specific work schedule will be assigned based on business needs.
- Candidates must be available to work any shift within operating hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Training is approximately 3 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET.
- Candidates must be on camera throughout training and nesting and maintain reliable attendance.
