Our Digital Experience Mobile team is seeking Android Mobile Engineers across multiple experience levels (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to help build the award-winning State Farm mobile app.

We leverage Agile principles and modern mobile technologies to deliver customer-facing features to production every three weeks. As an Android Mobile Engineer, you'll work alongside Android and iOS engineers, Experience Design (XD), Product Owners, Business Partners, and Quality Engineering teams to create experiences used by millions of customers. Qualifications

Competitive candidates will have:

  • Professional or project-based experience developing Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and JSON-based services (GraphQL experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of modern Android architecture and design patterns (MVVM)
  • Experience debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and application optimization
  • Experience using Git or other source control systems
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows

  • Potential starting salary range: $81,000 - $123,000. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
