As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services, focusing on individualized treatment for your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused methodologies.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, thus ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health providers, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that facilitate continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic practices.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health, coping strategies, and community support services.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research in the mental health field to incorporate new findings and best practices into your clinical approach.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be responsible for addressing the unique needs of each client by employing evidence-based treatment solutions that resonate with their personal experiences and cultural contexts.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse mental health conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster external relationships and internal team synergy.
