Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data information to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiency. Responsible for auditing of department information, producing reports & suggesting improvements to processes. Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications.
Essential Functions

Researches, collects & analyzes information. Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience.
Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
Process Focus:
Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports & develop educational materials.
Incorporates basic knowledge of Trinity Health policies, practices & processes to ensure quality, confidentiality & safety are prioritized.
Demonstrates knowledge of departmental processes & procedures & ability to readily acquire new knowledge.
Data Management & Analysis:
Research & compiles information to support ad-hoc operational projects & initiatives.
Synthesizes & analyzes data & provides detailed summaries including graphical data presentations illustrating trends & recommending practical options or solutions while considering the impact on business strategy & supporting leadership decision making.
Leverages program & operational data & measurements to define & demonstrate progress, ROI & impacts.
Maintains a Working Knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws / regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of Conduct, as well as other policies, procedures & guidelines in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior & safe work practices.
Functional Role (not inclusive of titles or advancement career progression)
Focuses on optimizing business processes, training workflows, and system adoption strategies to enhance user experience, efficiency, and organizational outcomes.
Business Process Analysis & Mapping
  • Analyze existing processes: Examine how end users interact with systems and training to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews/workshops: Gather insights from departments, trainers, and users to map real-world workflows.

  • Create process documentation: Develop flowcharts and current/future state process maps using tools like Visio.

Identify and Recommend Improvements
  • Spot training-related inefficiencies: Identify repetitive issues, poor onboarding flows, or mismatches between training content and actual system use.

  • Propose streamlined workflows: Recommend process, system, or content adjustments that reduce user friction and improve productivity.

  • Prioritize change initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to focus on high-impact improvements.

Change Implementation Support
  • Support system upgrades and rollouts: Ensure process improvements align with system-wide changes and are reflected in training.

  • Collaborate with training teams: Ensure that new or optimized processes are embedded into training materials and delivery.

  • Coordinate pilot programs: Test and validate improvements with select user groups before broader implementation.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Inform KPIs and success metrics: Monitor adoption rates, training completion, user satisfaction, and process efficiency.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews: Analyze what's working and what needs adjustment based on user feedback and data.

  • Establish feedback loops: Set up systems for ongoing user input on process and training effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with IT/system updates: Understand system capabilities and limitations to ensure realistic process changes.

  • Partner with training and communication teams: Ensure process changes are clearly communicated and reflected in learning materials.

  • Advise department leaders: Guide teams on embedding best practices and standardizing workflows across units.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in process optimization, project coordination, internal communications, or change management.

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred
