  • Act as senior escalation point for complex cases, service risks, and stakeholder concerns; drive timely resolution and clear decision-making
  • Standardize processes and drive adoption of global operating procedures to improve turnaround times, quality outcomes, and service level performance
  • Deliver operational excellence by removing friction, reducing cycle times, improving case ownership, and supporting automation/workflow tooling and technology improvements
  • Partner with regional business leaders, relationship managers, compliance, KYCS teams, and operations stakeholders; represent the region in governance forums and transformation initiatives
  • Own regional performance management, including KPIs, management information, data quality, controls, and audit/regulatory readiness

  • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and building a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Strong working knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership, and multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated success delivering operational transformation, process standardization, or organizational change at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders across multiple business functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven approach to performance improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate risk and operational requirements into clear action

Preferred Qualifications
