Our clinic fosters a collaborative atmosphere where therapists can engage with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure each client receives holistic and integrated care. Although work is conducted remotely, regular virtual meetings and continuing education sessions keep the team interconnected and informed.

  • Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to clientsโ€™ families, creating a supportive environment that encourages family involvement in the recovery process.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clinic prioritizes inclusivity, serving clients from various backgrounds and age groups, each with their own unique stories and healing journeys.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is essential to qualify for this role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, enriched by specialized training or significant hands-on experience in diverse therapeutic settings.
  • A robust understanding of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities for a variety of mental health disorders is necessary.
  • Exceptional therapeutic abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients to facilitate successful therapeutic outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, along with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document treatment progress and client interactions accurately. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also advantageous, facilitating seamless communication with clients in a remote setting.
