Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups via various modalities, including video conferencing, phone calls, and messaging.
• Engage clients through diverse therapeutic tools, such as shared journals, clinical worksheets, and formal goal-setting frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure digital platform, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a network of over 10,000 peers to exchange insights and strategies, thus enhancing personal and professional development.
• Utilize your clinical judgment autonomously, making informed decisions regarding the best therapeutic approaches for each individual client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes adults, couples, and adolescents, each presenting a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Counselors will have the ability to select cases that align with their areas of expertise, allowing for a more focused and fulfilling therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Candidates must possess a full independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, which may include LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling to diverse populations, particularly adults and teens.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for effective client interaction.
• A reliable and stable internet connection is essential for uninterrupted telehealth services.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not required.
• Experience in specialized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for mental health services, including electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. In addition, counselors are eligible for a sign-on bonus and benefit from weekly direct deposit for seamless payment.
