They can successfully synthesize broad ideas and needs into simple, functional, beautiful products and features that delight customers and align with overall business strategies. This role balances UX problem solving with strong UI execution, with emphasis on translating complex workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
What will I do as a UI/UX Designer at SoftPro?
  • Design end-to-end user experiences for the next generation of SoftPro’s suite of software products.
  • Translate complex data and workflows into clear, meaningful, and actionable user interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior UI/UX Designer, product teams, software engineering teams, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain and promote SoftPro design guidelines, best practices and standards through shared resource libraries.
  • Contribute to and help evolve the design system in partnership with the Senior UI/UX Designer.
  • Research customers amp; the industry to understand the technology and business needs, wants, and pain points for target customer groups.

What will I need to be successful as a UI/UX Designer at SoftPro?
Required Qualifications:
  • An excellent portfolio showcasing user experience, visual design, and UI work with a strong design sensibility and excellent user-centric storytelling (web software, SaaS, amp; mobile app design a plus). • 3+ years of design experience.
  • 2+ years of delivering design solutions as a UI designer, UX designer, or interaction designer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing and prototyping in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills, and the ability to think through complete process flows and user journeys.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to both give and receive nuanced constructive design critiques in the process of refining projects.
  • Experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights.
  • Strong written, presentation, advocacy and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Understanding of human-centered design and usability principles.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven.
  • Be passionate about all things design.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of the software development process.
  • Proficient with sprint management tools such as DevOps or Jira.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Be part of a supportive, fun team that values innovation and collaboration.
