Facility Security Officer
The Opportunity:
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.
You Have:
  • Experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in a possessing facility
  • Experience with government systems such as NISS, DISS, and CDSE
  • Knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual
  • Ability to operate independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasking in a changing environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with collateral industrial security, including as an FSO or AFSO, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with collateral industrial security, including as an FSO or AFSO
  • Completion of CDSE's FSO Program Management For Possessing Facilities and Insider Threat Program for Industry Courses

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with COMSEC, SCIFs, and SAPFs
  • Knowledge of ICD 705
  • Ability to multitask

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
