Product Data Specialist
Radwell International LLC | eCommerce & Digital Operations

The Product Data Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and day-to-day management of Radwell’s online marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and future marketplace initiatives. This role focuses on marketplace operations, listing management, catalog maintenance, inventory and pricing audits, reporting, issue resolution, and sales growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in building a career in ecommerce and online marketplace management. This position works closely with Marketplace, Operations, Purchasing, IT, Product Data, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate marketplace execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and management of online marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and future ecommerce platforms
• Create, maintain, and optimize marketplace product listings and catalog data
• Assist in developing and executing marketplace growth initiatives and operational improvements
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify trends using data-driven analysis
• Perform inventory, pricing, content, and catalog audits to ensure marketplace accuracy
• Work with marketplace representatives and platform support teams to maintain account health and functionality
• Support marketplace advertising initiatives, testing programs, and channel expansion projects
• Assist with launching new products, tools, and marketplace integrations
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, IT, and Product Data teams to resolve inventory, pricing, and catalog issues
• Create and improve workflows that streamline marketplace processes while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Monitor marketplace compliance requirements and ensure adherence to platform policies
• Support product content improvements, including titles, descriptions, images, categories, and attributes
• Generate reports and analyze marketplace performance data to identify sales opportunities and operational improvements
• Track industry trends, marketplace updates, and ecommerce best practices
• Support special projects and other ecommerce initiatives as assigned

• Knowledge of SQL, Feedonomics, Google Analytics, Power BI, ChannelAdvisor, or similar ecommerce tools preferred but not required
• Experience using digital analytics, web analytics, or project management software preferred
• Experience buying or selling products through online marketplaces is strongly preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of professional experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, merchandising, product management, marketing, inventory management, customer service, or related business functions preferred
• Experience working with Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Etsy, or similar ecommerce platforms preferred
• Experience managing product listings, catalogs, inventory, pricing, or marketplace operations preferred
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered

Physical Demands

• Continuous sitting and computer usage throughout the workday

• Extensive use of computers, reporting tools, and digital platforms

Compensation & Bonus

The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $52,000–$69,680 annually.

Within the base salary range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This position is eligible for a year-end bonus plan based on individual performance, departmental objectives, and company results.

Work Schedule
