Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that can accommodate various schedules. While our primary operations are centered within a Community Health Clinic environment, you will conduct client sessions virtually, maintaining a supportive and healing presence in their lives. Evening and weekend availability will be part of your schedule to meet our clients' needs better.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential insights about clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and needs.
• Implement a range of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster client healing and resilience.
• Continuously develop personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote healing in various settings, ensuring a client-centered approach to therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans in emergencies to manage risk and ensure client safety.
• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups to enhance the recovery experience for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions according to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and as a compassionate therapist, you will provide a safe space for them to explore and address their concerns.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies is essential.
• Proven track record in therapeutic settings enhancing client care through individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
