Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions via teletherapy to accommodate client preferences and accessibility issues, utilizing proven interventions to promote healing and self-discovery.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and evolving needs.

Qualifications

• A current, valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) credential.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to show empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Organizational skills to manage caseload effectively, balancing therapeutic responsibilities with administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy or online counseling services, with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual sessions.
• Clinical experience in an outpatient setting, focusing on adult mental health, child and adolescent therapy, or couples therapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.
