You will have the autonomy to decide when and how many hours you wish to work, with opportunities ranging from five to over forty hours a week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients through our user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring a warm and engaging environment for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while minimizing administrative tasks through our streamlined systems.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals for interdisciplinary support when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse patient demographic that has been carefully screened to include stable individuals with low acuity needs. This targeted approach allows you to focus your expertise on clients that align with your preferred scope of work. Additionally, you can select up to three client demographics to tailor your practice effectively and build meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Independently licensed in the state of California, with specific qualifications being:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Possession of a working computer, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection is essential for delivering remote services effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management software is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with specific populations related to your chosen client demographics is encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with the number of hours worked.
