As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work in a completely remote setting, enabling you to create a flexible work schedule that fits your lifestyle. You will primarily engage with clients via secure video sessions, ensuring a confidential and comfortable therapeutic experience.

• Conduct personalized video therapy sessions focusing on individual needs to promote mental health and well-being.
• Create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, encouraging them to explore their emotions and experiences.
• Guide clients in identifying their goals for therapy and serve as their advocate in achieving these goals.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that follow a solution-based approach.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Our clientele consists primarily of stable, low-acuity adults seeking help for various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will work closely with these individuals to help them develop coping skills and strategies for managing their conditions. Our aim is to create meaningful, productive relationships that foster growth and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is essential.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Proven ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clinical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and empathize with clients effectively.
• Experience working in a remote environment and utilizing telehealth technologies.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
