• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns and to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques.
• Collaborate with clients in setting therapeutic goals while continuously monitoring their progress and adapting treatment as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all individuals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, reflecting our commitment to quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging best practices in mental health treatment.

Our patient population includes individuals dealing with various mental health issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will work with diverse clients from different backgrounds, providing a safe and supportive environment where they can express their feelings and challenges freely.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and meet documentation deadlines.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.

Experience in a clinical setting focusing on therapy for trauma, anxiety, and depression is preferred. Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and remote counseling strategies will also be beneficial in this role.
