This role is structured within a collaborative, remote telehealth environment that promotes flexibility and innovation in therapy. Our team is comprised of licensed professionals who utilize various digital platforms for consultation and therapy delivery. You will have access to the latest telehealth tools and resources which enhance patient interactions while minimizing paperwork burdens, allowing for more direct engagement with patients.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and document patient progress within our electronic medical record system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and to enhance therapeutic skills, adhering to the ethical standards set forth by licensing bodies.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative care and share insights with colleagues.
• Provide relevant information and resources for clients facing identified financial or social challenges, aiding in their overall well-being.
• Manage a full caseload while effectively prioritizing tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery amidst a busy schedule.
• Ensure all interactions with clients adhere to our organization’s policies, procedures, and established ethical guidelines.
• Maintain a valid Oregon driver's license and the necessary certifications, including CPR and First Aid, to ensure readiness for emergency encounters.

This position primarily focuses on young individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. You will work with diverse populations, providing tailored interventions that resonate with their unique experiences and backgrounds. Your role will involve building trust and fostering resilience in clients, while actively guiding them through their treatment journeys.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage caseload volumes effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage clients and colleagues, contributing to a positive therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including youth, and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems.
• Prior experience in a high-volume therapeutic setting is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
