  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methods.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills essential for effective client engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing evidence-based therapies that enhance client outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD $80,000 to $100,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision options.
  • Retirement plans with employer contributions to support your long-term financial wellness.
  • Generous paid time off policy that encompasses vacation, personal days, and holidays to ensure work-life balance.
