• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available support systems.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with clearly defined therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing immediate support and safety planning as necessary.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to uphold client confidentiality and case management.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience for our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills essential for effective client engagement.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in providing evidence-based therapies that enhance client outcomes.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
