Working within established content strategy and design system guidelines, you will write, document, and deliver UX content across features and products, with a strong emphasis on completeness, clarity, and usability. • Support content strategist review and sign-off to ensure consistency and quality.

Cross-Product Content Coverage:
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure all messaging needs are identified early.
  • Proactively identify gaps in messaging across products, features, or flows.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across multiple products or surfaces.
  • Adapt content appropriately while maintaining shared terminology and tone.

Documentation & Handoff:
  • Document UX content clearly for design specifications, developer handoff, and future reuse/iteration.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of flow-level content, error states/variations, and messaging patterns.
  • Ensure content is easily understandable and implementable by cross-functional partners.

Collaboration & Process Integration:
  • Partner under the direction of the UX Designer alongside Product Managers (requirements and scope) and Engineers (implementation feasibility).
  • Participate actively in sprint ceremonies and planning sessions.
  • Manage workload to meet delivery expectations across concurrent projects.

Benefits:
  • 401(k).
  • Dental insurance.
  • Health insurance.
