• Clinical Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify individual mental health needs and formulate systematic treatment plans.
• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques designed to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.
• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead therapeutic group sessions, creating safe spaces for clients to express their feelings and share their experiences concerning common challenges, such as grief and adjustment.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans to ensure they meet changing needs and goals.
• Maintain Clinical Records: Accurately document client sessions, treatment progress, and any alterations to treatment strategies in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

This role primarily involves supporting senior clients who are facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, loss, and adjustments related to aging. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.
• A minimum of four years of recent experience in psychiatric counseling and mental health services.

• Experience working specifically with the elderly population and familiarity with the unique mental health challenges they face.
• Training in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and other modalities effective in treating seniors.
• Strong proficiency in using telehealth technology and conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy and cultural sensitivity in working with diverse older clients from various backgrounds.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
