Overview

System One has partnered with a stable organization in the healthcare industry that is seeking a qualified Software Developer to add to their small, but growing team. This individual will need to possess at least 3 years of development experience in C# and .Net. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity requiring someone willing to work on-site, full-time for the ramp-up period then hybrid soon after. The company offers a strong benefits package with some additional perks!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve LIMS and connectivity with peripheral applications such as ARLFMS, QuickBooks, Client Portal, and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Maintain and enhance the client portal for submitting samples and viewing results.
  • Initiate, plan, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, policies, procedures, and protocols of ARL Bio Pharma.
  • Collaborate with end-users to ensure operational stability of existing applications and develop new functionalities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions using programming languages and frameworks such as C#, T-SQL, PHP, JavaScript, Laravel, and DotNetCore.
  • Apply architectural and design principles including SOLID, DDD, and database design best practices.
  • Utilize modern technologies and methodologies such as REST API, VueJs, SignalR, oAuth, Docker, DevOps, and Agile practices.
  • Write technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Front-end development preferred.
  • Experience with LIMS, Salesforce, and Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Programming languages – C#, T-SQL, PHP, JavaScript required.
  • Frameworks: Laravel, DotNetCore required.
  • Architectures/Design: SOLID Principles, DDD, Database Design required.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Agile development methodologies required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues required.
  • Independently motivated with good problem-solving abilities required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge of relational database modeling, design, and implementation preferred.
  • Technologies such as REST API, VueJs, SignalR, oAuth, Blazor, Docker, DevOps, AI, SQL Server, Telerik, Silverlight, WPF, WCF preferred.
  • Frameworks: .Net Framework 4.0, Nuxt preferred.
  • Architectures: DDD, CQRS, SOLID Principles, OOP, Design Patterns, Functional Programming preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes or Docker preferred.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation preferred.
