100% Remote

$20/Hour

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a Group Life & Disability Claims team supporting customers across disability, life insurance, and leave-related products.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry while working fully remote.

Representatives can expect to handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls per day while providing claim information, documenting customer interactions, and delivering a high level of service and empathy.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

โ€ข Handle inbound customer calls regarding disability, life, and leave claims

โ€ข Provide accurate claim information and status updates

โ€ข Gather and document claim-related information from customers and third parties

โ€ข Enter detailed and accurate notes into claim systems while speaking with customers

โ€ข Process claim documentation and correspondence

โ€ข Issue claim acknowledgment communications

โ€ข Meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals

โ€ข Deliver professional, empathetic customer service during every interaction

โ€ข Support multiple product lines, including disability, leave, life, and related benefits


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข 2+ years of customer service experience

โ€ข Call center, insurance, healthcare, banking, or financial services experience preferred

โ€ข Strong communication and problem-solving skills

โ€ข Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems

โ€ข Strong attention to detail and data entry capabilities

โ€ข Microsoft Office proficiency

โ€ข High School Diploma or GED required

โ€ข Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience

โ€ข Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
