Job description

Position: AI Project Manager

Location: Remote (Dallas, TX)

Duration: 6 months

Must be located in Eastern or Central time zone and willing to travel to Dallas one a month

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with strong executive presence and experience managing enterprise technology initiatives. This is not a traditional PM role focused solely on schedules and status updates. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving accountability across multiple business and IT stakeholders.


The primary focus will be supporting enterprise AI initiatives, including a Microsoft Copilot rollout, while also managing other business transformation and technology projects. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, IT teams, business leaders, and data teams to ensure initiatives remain on track and deliver measurable results.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 7+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior leadership
  • Experience building executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and status reports
  • Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives
  • Ability to drive accountability, follow up with stakeholders, and remove roadblocks

Highly Preferred:

  • Microsoft Copilot experience
  • AI adoption, AI enablement, or Generative AI initiatives
