Location: Open to this working out of any of our office locations, hybrid or remote
Position Overview:
The AI Specialist is responsible for leading the deployment, training, implementation, and ongoing management of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role partners with managers, team leaders, and company leadership to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency and improve workflows. The AI Specialist serves as the organization's internal expert on AI tools and platforms, ensuring teams adopt and use AI appropriately, responsibly, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Strategy amp; Implementation
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI platforms, tools, and software solutions that align with organizational needs and goals.
  • Deploy and implement AI solutions across departments, including configuration, integration, and rollout.
  • Train employees, managers, and leadership on the effective and appropriate use of AI tools.
  • Proactively engage with managers and team leaders across the organization to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance team output. This is a proactive outreach role; the AI Specialist is expected to seek out opportunities rather than wait for requests.
  • Lead AI-related projects from concept through implementation, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-launch support.
  • Manage AI tool licensing and seat allocation across the organization
