This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and across the Commercial Sales organization to align priorities, activate contract commitments, and execute integrated marketing plans across all brands, product categories, and customer segments.The RSM drives disciplined sales execution across the region by effectively managing sales activity metrics, pipeline performance, forecasting, and trade spend optimization. This leader builds strong, strategic relationships with key customers and channel partners while coaching and developing a capable, engaged sales team that consistently delivers sustainable growth.Success in this role requires a deep understanding of foodservice, exceptional leadership capability, strong financial and analytical acumen, and the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships.The geography for this role includes: Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana.
