As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical mental health services through video counseling sessions. Key tasks include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the behavioral and mental health needs of low-acuity adults.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, relationships, and experiences.
• Monitoring client progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. These clients may range from those experiencing mild anxiety and depression to individuals navigating life transitions. Your role will involve building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to explore their personal growth and overcome barriers to their well-being.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a current, independently licensed state credential such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• No prior disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and compassionate nature.
• Proficiency in using technology and a stable internet connection for providing telehealth services.

While not required, previous experience in teletherapy or working with similar patient populations is preferred. Familiarity with person-centered counseling practices and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time counselors, with part-time roles valued at approximately USD 65,000 based on hours worked. Our benefits package includes:
