Piedmont Care Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a mental health professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting psychological wellness and enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing various mental health challenges. This position offers a competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, and includes a sign-on bonus.

This remote outpatient position allows you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Although you will primarily deliver services through telehealth platforms, you will have access to continual professional development opportunities and regular team meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided. Our work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, but some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by utilizing expert knowledge in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Craft personalized treatment plans that are specifically designed for each client's presenting concerns.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities that have been proven effective in mental health care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and stay up-to-date with all local and federal guidelines impacting mental health practice.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver cohesive care tailored to client strengths and needs.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster continuous improvement of care delivery and share insights and strategies with fellow professionals.
• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing them with meaningful information about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources that can assist in their recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest research developments and innovations in the field of mental health therapy to enhance your practice and contribute to client success.

At Piedmont Care Wellness Center, you will engage with a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults confronting chronic mental health conditions. Our emphasis on empathy and understanding ensures that our therapists are equipped to provide culturally competent and socially sensitive care to all individuals.

• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, showcasing the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches specific to the individual's needs and circumstances.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving, allowing you to meet challenges in a proactive manner.
• A strong commitment to working within a collaborative team framework, valuing the contributions and insights of your colleagues.

• Experience working with a variety of mental health issues and populations is a plus, as is familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Prior engagement in multidisciplinary teams or collaborative care models that emphasize integrated mental health services.
