To thrive as a Remote Adjuster Trainee, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of insurance principles, often supported by a relevant degree or industry coursework. Familiarity with claims management software, digital communication tools, and sometimes a state adjuster license is typically required.
