Key Responsibilities
* Generate new ARR through strategic enterprise sales efforts targeting CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech organizations, and research-focused healthcare stakeholders.
* Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers across clinical operations, research, regulatory, procurement, and executive leadership.
* Communicate the value of the platform, including accelerated trial timelines, improved patient identification, enhanced operational efficiency, and reduced research risk.
* Manage pilot programs and successfully convert them into long-term enterprise agreements.
* Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
* Build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer outcomes and market growth initiatives.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, clinical research solutions, or related services.
* Proven success closing complex enterprise deals ranging from approximately $250K to multi-million-dollar annual contract values.
* Strong understanding of clinical research, trial operations, patient recruitment, or healthcare technology ecosystems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups.
* Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with strong pipeline management discipline.
Preferred
* Experience selling solutions into CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech organizations, or healthcare systems.
* Existing relationships within life sciences, clinical research, or oncology-focused organizations.
* Experience selling AI, analytics, real-world data, precision medicine, or clinical technology platforms.
* History of exceeding quota in high-growth, competitive environments.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $160-200k/year base salary
