What We Offer:
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work schedules.
  • This position pays $110,000-$160,000 annually, depending on experience, and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident, and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of power generation facility processes and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot drawings, hardware designs, and process diagrams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to generate comprehensive technical documents and client reports such as specifications and evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20-40% locally and domestically.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated to deliver projects on time and within budget.
