Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to establish effective therapeutic boundaries with clients and their families.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, self-sufficiency, and impressive organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability for full-time service, with a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week and at least two evenings weekly.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing therapy to couples and families, demonstrating a robust understanding of relationship dynamics and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Background working in educational environments or with school-aged children, providing insights into school-related issues that impact mental health.
  • Ongoing professional development through training or workshops to expand therapeutic skill sets and methodologies.
