Your daily responsibilities as an LCSW will focus on fostering emotional and mental well-being among students and their families. Key tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students, creating individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and address the unique challenges faced in a school environment.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored specifically for children and adolescents.

In this role, you will work primarily with students, ranging from elementary to high school, who are facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social development concerns. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students navigate these challenges, ensuring they receive the support needed to thrive academically and emotionally.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in social work principles.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), showcasing your commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services tailored to a diverse population.
