This remote role primarily interfaces with students within a school setting, collaborating with educators and other mental health professionals to create supportive environments for children and adolescents. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will employ various methods to build rapport with clients and influence positive outcomes for their mental health journeys. • Engage directly with clients to provide mental health assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, focusing on their specific mental health needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that include evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ensure continuity of care through proper communication with families and other providers.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments, adapting your approach to the developmental needs of each client to ensure age-appropriate interventions.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and resources to clients as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff and community resources to enhance the support network for clients, ensuring access to necessary services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, upholding the standards set by professional ethical guidelines.
• Support families in understanding their loved one's diagnosis and treatment options, empowering them through education and resources.
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to strengthen your skills and enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. This role requires a commitment to serving a diverse population, including those from different socioeconomic backgrounds who may face barriers to accessing mental health care.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, along with a current Texas license for professional practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in school or community settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication with clients, families, and community resources.

• Experience in developing and implementing integrated care plans tailored to client needs.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention and management within a school environment.

Pro Light Life Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
