• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing coping skills and emotional resilience.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current on mental health trends and treatments, participating in workshops and training sessions.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Unity Harbor Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who face a variety of mental health issues. This could include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and substance misuse. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap for individuals who have limited access to mental health care due to socioeconomic factors or other barriers.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.


• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with a diverse client base.
• A proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other related technologies is essential.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Capability in using multiple therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and caseload.
