• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques based on each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care strategies that address the multifaceted nature of mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with developments in mental health research.

You will be working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients often seek support for stress management, substance use, and family dynamics. Your role will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards positive change.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential for success in this role.

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly valued.
• Previous work in community health settings will be an advantage, helping you understand the treatment dynamics of a diverse client base.
