This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. As a member of our clinical team, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and engage with clients through telemedicine platforms. • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored therapeutic strategies based on client needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, delivering effective therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards within professional practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and identify the best approaches for individual treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

You will have the opportunity to work with various client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Many clients may present with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be vital in helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Hold an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in clinical settings is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice is essential.

• Specialization or certification in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in using diverse therapeutic modalities and innovative approaches in therapy.
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices and digital health tools is preferred, as this role will incorporate telemedicine into daily routines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
