Responsibilities: Provide on-site multimedia expertise to produce images, videos, animations, and interactive experiences that train, educate, and engage demanding audiences and decision-makers. Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D multimedia products - including images, animations, motion graphics, narrative-driven video products, interactive visualizations, and real-time experiences - that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop an understanding of complex concepts, and translate that understanding into accurate, compelling visual narratives.

Lead the production lifecycle for multimedia deliverables, from initial concept through asset creation, iteration with stakeholders, and final delivery - ensuring products meet both technical standards and audience requirements. Create and edit 3D assets for use in pre-rendered and real-time workflows, and composition into 2D design. Develop interactive experiences using Unity game engine, transforming ingested data into real-time visual products that support briefings and analysis.

Collaborate with game engine developers to develop technically optimized and visually compelling features to aid in presentation, and interactivity of data visualization. Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in multimedia production and interactive visualization to continuously improve quality of deliverables. Required Qualifications: Strong portfolio showcasing finished, rendered projects that display technical skill and artistic vision are essential.

5 years of experience developing engaging visual narratives using multiple graphic disciplines, including asset creation, animation, video editing, compositing, and delivery across multiple formats and platforms. 5 years of experience with industry standard 2D and 3D authoring tools - Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalents. Experience with audio mixing and sound design fundamentals within a video editing context, supporting the production of self-contained multimedia deliverables.

Experience working with Unity game engine to develop real-time interactive experiences, with ability to build, optimize, and deploy projects. Strong combination of software proficiency, creative problem-solving, and production discipline, with a track record of delivering high-quality multimedia content that balances visual quality with technical performance to meet customer objectives. Proven communication skills - written and verbal.

Ability to work in collaborative environment, receiving, and implementing feedback, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical and creative bottlenecks efficiently. Desired Skills: Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous creative environments, independently developing and proposing visual concepts that anticipate customer needs and objectives.

Developing knowledge of scripting within Unity using C#. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience creating user interface systems within Unity that balance visual polish with technical performance.

Utilization of game engine asset optimization techniques to support performant real-time deliverables. Experience working with external data sources to drive visual content in animation and/or game engine software. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree: 3D Digital Design/Visualization, 3D Art & Animation, Digital Arts & Design, Game Art, Interactive Media, Immersive Media Design; OR possess certificates in related fields.

Travel Requirements: This position requires the ability to report to the customer site upon request, but most of the work will be performed at our Alexandria Headquarters and some flexibility to Work-from-Home. Clearance Requirements: Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $145,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
