What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between customers, crews, and our production team - taking ownership of each project from start to finish and making sure every detail is handled with precision and care.
  • Conduct pre-installation inspections to verify job readiness, confirm project scope, and ensure all materials and site conditions are prepared for installation.
  • Coordinate installation schedules by ensuring crews, subcontractors, and materials arrive on time and projects stay on track
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure quality standards are met, address punch list items, and confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Collect final payments and complete all required project closeout documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve field issues quickly, and coordinate with production, sales, vendors, and installation teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including job notes, photos, change orders, and customer communications, while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish.
