Job description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused full time Sales/Project Manager to join our team.


In this position, you will assist customers with product selections of interior architectural elements for residential and commercial spaces.


Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your knowledge in the building and remodeling industry will help bring customers' visions to life.


Your Project Management skills will kick into high-gear as you gather client information to set up field measures, create and deliver estimates and order products from vendors.


This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your sales and construction industry expertise in a fun, family orientated retail store environment dedicated to helping customers.  


  • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through listening, questions and thoughtful conversation
  • Describe product features and benefits, to help best suit their needs
  • Schedule Field visits, create estimates, product ordering and track deliveries
  • Manage POS transactions accurately and process payments efficiently 
  • Maintain and organize sample displays and provide a clean and attractive showroom for customers


Experience that are a Preferred

  • Experience in a retail environment, with knowledge of remodeling/renovation projects, construction processes and interior design
  • Experience selling interior furnishings such as LVP, Carpet, tile, cabinetry, or countertops
  • Exceptional customer service/communication skills
  • Comfortable with using programs such as google and Quickbooks
