Are you hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career? Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Training incudes spending approximately 6 months in the warehouse

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the generation, review, and delivery of customer quotations including pricing, product specifications, and lead times.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of quotes by maintaining alignment with Ferguson Industrial pricing standards.
  • Support the team in identifying and sourcing materials from internal inventory, preferred vendors, and approved suppliers.
  • Review nonstock or special-order sourcing to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications.
  • Build relationships with vendor partners to negotiate availability, pricing, and order timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge required
  • Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus
