Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for individuals to join our award-winning team.  As an integral part of System Pavers your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. 

You’ll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs. This is not a hard sales position; you will be connecting with homeowners in their neighborhoods to identify customers interested in a free estimate for remodeling their outdoor space.

Base hourly pay is $22/hour, our average Field Marketing Associate makes $60,000 a year including commission pay based on meeting or exceeding targets. 

Candidate must be able to work weekends.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
  • Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
  • Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
  • Efficiently utilize company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

Our Field Marketing Associates enjoy:
