Outside Sales Representative
H&M Mobile Home Remodelers

Position Overview

H&M Mobile Home Remodelers is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners improve their homes. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with prospective customers, assess their remodeling needs, present customized solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and self-generated leads.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate remodeling needs.
  • Present H&M Mobile Home Remodelers' products and services professionally.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Attend sales meetings and product training sessions.
  • Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous outside sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales is a plus).
